Shopping mall in town Žalec, Slovenia

LI Solutions' global activities include the reconstruction of old private properties and the development of new interior and exterior solutions. We also provide upgrades to engineering and electrical networks so that customers can take advantage of all modern conveniences.
The shopping center is a one-story structure with a metal frame that is insulated with sandwich panels and is built on a reinforced concrete foundation. The trade and utility rooms have a total area of 770 m2. TEDi, a non-food retailer, became the primary tenant. A network of over 1,400 stores is present throughout Europe, not only in major cities but also in smaller towns. A large traffic magnet (LIDL store) and outdoor parking are located next to the new mall.
The new building provides minimal depreciation and is designed in such a way that during the first ten years of operation, there is no need for renewal and repair.
